Events cancelled and charity shops closed
Due to the measures put in place to tackle the coronavirus outbreak, our charity has had to cancel all fundraising events and close all of our charity shops. 
We are battling hard to plug the gap left in our finances as we strive to support blind and partially sighted people across Notts, who need our services now more than ever before. We’re keeping in touch with everyone local visually impaired person who is known to us by telephone, offering support to people struggling to cope with the social isolation and loneliness of lockdown without being able to access many of the things that make it bearable for the rest of us like watching TV, reading and using the latest video conferencing technology to stay in touch with family and friends.
