070_web_280_200_tl_53_c1_c_cToday we will cut the red ribbon to signal the official launch of our exciting new pop-up equipment and advice centre in the Victoria Centre Market. The event will also be marked by our choir who will be in the shopping centre entertaining weary shoppyers with Christmas carols.

Pop-up advice centre launch

The exciting new pop-up equipment and advice centre brings specialist advice and equipment for people with sight loss conveniently onto the high street, which will be easier for Nottinghamshire’s estimated 30,000 visually impaired people and their families to access.
The red ribbon will be cut by our Chair of Trustees, Jacky Fisher, Chief Exec, Michael Conroy, visually impried Trustee, Lisa Jones and visually impaird service user representative, Kay Dear.

Festive favorites

The launch of our new pop-up centre will be celebrated by our choir of visually impaired singers, who will be singing Christmas carols in the Victoria Centre to help entertain Nottingham’s Christmas shoppers. The choir will also be raising funds for the charity, so please give them your support.
