Gym & Swim Sessions

New gym and swim sessions start Monday 1st September 2025 (subject to numbers)!

Swimming Sessions

Our swim sessions run weekly on a Monday from 11am to 12noon. These sessions take place at the Victoria Leisure Centre, which is local to our city centre base on Heathcoat Street.

The leisure centre staff will support individuals to find the changing rooms and pool. Please note that there will be no My Sight Notts staff present for the swim session.

Please note these are not learn to swim sessions.

Gym Group

Our gym sessions run weekly on a Monday from 12:30pm to 1:30pm. These sessions also take place at the Victoria Leisure Centre.

These sessions will be assisted by Kirsty Allen, who worked for My Sight Notts for many years. She will be on hand to work with you and help with guiding or assistance around the gym.
