Making your premises accessible to people with visual impairments

People with sight loss should (after familiarisation) be able to navigate their way around your premises independently. Good signage, clear walkways, colour contrast and the right lighting are essential to ensure premises are accessible to people with visual impairments.

There is a lot of support and advice available to help make healthcare practices and work places accessible to people with visual impairments. My Sight Notts can conduct an access audit at your premises and advise you on how to improve the accessibility of your physical space for people with sight loss.
