Our My Guide befrienders help you to get out and about, reducing the isolation and loneliness often experienced by people with sight loss.

You will be matched with a volunteer My Guide who will support you to leave your house, attend social and leisure activities, go for a coffee and a chat, do some shopping or maybe even go to the cinema or theatre!

All My Guide volunteers have an enhanced DBS check and are trained to Level 2 Sighted Guiding developed by Guide Dogs UK.
