Become a volunteer My Guide

We want My Guides to support the visually impaired people of Notts to get out and about, attend social or leisure activities or go for chat and a coffee.

Our My Guide befrienders help to reduce the isolation and loneliness often experienced by people with sight loss.

As a volunteer you will find fulfilment in building this respectful and caring relationship.

You will be required to provide two references, have an enhanced DBS check and be trained by My Sight Notts to Level 2 Sighted Guiding developed by Guide Dogs UK.
