My Sight Notts Charity Skydive 2026

Calling all thrill seekers! Are you ready for the ultimate challenge?
Join us for our Charity Skydive 2026!
Join other brave adventurers for this once in a lifetime adventure on Sunday 12th July at Langar Airfield, Nottingham. Jump from two miles above the earth and freefall at terminal velocity before floating gently to the ground under the parachute – all whilst harnessed to a fully qualified parachuting instructor!
There’s no experience like jumping out of a plane at 14,000 feet and soaring through the sky at speeds of up to 125mph! Take on the thrill of a lifetime and help raise vital funds for My Sight Notts at the same time!

5K My Way

Whether you walk, jog, run, roll or stroll, 5K My Way is your chance to move your way, have fun and make a difference for people living with sight loss across Nottinghamshire.
5K My Way is a fully inclusive event open to everyone – people living with sight loss, families, friends, corporate teams, wheelchair users, pushchair users and, of course, dogs are welcome too!
Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a casual stroller, or just looking for a great day out, you set the pace.
By taking part, you’ll be helping My Sight Notts provide life-changing support services and activities for people experiencing sight loss across the county. Every step you take helps someone live more independently, connect socially and thrive.

£15 per adult
£8 per child
£40 per family
Minimum sponsorship ask £50 per person. If you raise this amount you will receive a free water bottle!
My Sight Notts Charity Golf Day 2026

Ruddington Grange Golf Club, NG11 6NB
Join us on Friday 25th September at Ruddington Grange Golf Club for a fun afternoon of golf, networking and fundraising in aid of My Sight Notts.
Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or an enthusiastic beginner, this is a great opportunity to support local people experiencing sight loss while spending time on the fantastic Ruddington Grange golf course.
Enjoy a buffet lunch of sandwiches and fries on arrival, followed by a shotgun start and 18 holes of golf in attractive parkland.
When you get back to the clubhouse, have a well-earned drink whilst we hold the prize giving ceremony. Throughout the afternoon, you can take part in competitions, a raffle and enjoy snacks and drinks at the halfway house.
The cost for a team of four is just £220.

Drayton Manor 5K and 10K
Sunday 12th April 2026
Minimum Age: 11
Run around the rides and rollercoasters inside the fantastic Drayton Manor resort, including the Accelerator, Stormforce 10, Thomas Land and the Zoo! Following the race, you will be first in line to make full use of the rides within the park with theme park access included in your race entry.

Tough Mudder Midlands
Saturday 4th or Sunday 5th July
Belvoir, Grantham NG32 1PE
Minimum Age: 18
The Midlands Tough Mudder is set against the legendary background of Belvoir Castle – one of the most scenic, historic estates in the UK. The course will take you through plenty of scenic views, but you’ll be tackling killer hills, plenty of muddy tracks and taking on some epic obstacles along the way.

Victoria Embankment Recreation Ground
Minimum Age: 17
One of the most popular city centre road events in the UK. A picturesque route that starts and finishes at Victoria Embankment, and takes in the River Trent, Nottingham Castle, the Robin Hood Statue, The Park and Wollaton Park.
