Our offices on Heathcoat Street, Nottingham will be closed from 12:30pm on Wednesday 24th December, re-opening at 9:30am on Monday 5th January 2026.

Free service offering support, information and guidance to adults who are in or nearly in mental health crisis. They are open 4pm to 11pm daily.
Sanctuaries are in Mansfield, Worksop and Nottingham and are available to drop in at certain times.
