Specialist Covid-19 vaccination clinics for people with sight impairments
These clinics offer people of any age with sight loss the chance to receive the vaccine in a safe, Covid-secure setting where specialist staff will be on hand to support and answer questions.
You can access these clinics at:
- Forest Recreation Ground Vaccination Centre: Thursday 13th January 9.30am-12.30pm (same time every other week)
- Mansfield Vaccination Centre: Fridays 3pm-7pm every week
Trained staff will be on site to support you and help with any questions.
Specialist arrangements will also be able to be put in place such as using private rooms, allowing extra time and disability access will be available.
You don’t have to queue for these clinics, simply speak to a staff member on arrival.
Don’t forget to ask for accessible information in large print or Braille.
