SUMIT get together

It was absolutely wonderful to see so many visually impaired members of our service user member involvement team get together for afternoon tea this week.
The views of local visually impaired people are at the heart of everything we do and we’re excited to welcome in a new chapter of service user involvement, which will now become a
sub-committee of our trust board putting our community at the heart of decision making.
Photo one shows Sheila and Ann deep in conversation with orange mugs of tea in front of them
Photo two shows Neil, Shamaila, Russ, Carol and Peter enjoying a right old giggle as Shamaila reaches for a bowl of crisps!
Photo three shows a large white table full of cake, cookies and cups of tea, there are 16 people sat around the table chatting
Photo four shows Julie, who works in marketing and engagement at My Sight Notts cuddling Dave’s guide dog Alex, who is a gentle giant of a German Shepherd!
