Declutter and Make a Difference with My Sight Notts

Did you know that decluttering your home can truly change lives? By donating to My Sight Notts’ Charity Shops you are helping us continue our vital work supporting people with sight loss in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.

Every donation to our shops helps raise essential funds, which directly support our services that assist hundreds of individuals with sight loss each year. Your generosity makes all of this possible!

So, why not declutter your space and make a positive impact on someone’s life today?

How to Donate:

  • Drop off your items at one of our shops during opening hours. There are links below to each shop.
  • If you’re unable to visit, we can often arrange a collection. Simply call one of our shops or email us at info@mysightnotts.org.uk to book a collection.

Gift Aid Your Donations – Make Every Item Worth 25% More!

Did you know that your donations can do even more good at no extra cost to you?

When you donate items to our charity shop, you can sign up for Gift Aid, allowing us to claim an extra 25p for every £1 we raise from selling your items – straight from HMRC. That means your donations go even further in supporting our cause.

It’s simple to sign up:

  • You must be a UK taxpayer.
  • Fill out a quick Gift Aid declaration form when you donate. A copy can be found here.
  • We’ll do the rest – every time we sell something you’ve donated, we’ll claim the extra 25%.

Why it matters:
That extra 25% could help fund more vital services, reach more people, and make a bigger difference in our community.

If you’re donating, just ask our team about Gift Aid – it’s easy, secure, and makes a real impact.
